My time with Winding River Consulting (WRC) has been transformative for me as a leader and professional. It’s been fulfilling to already be impacting firms’ successes. Some highlights include:

• Working with over 50 Managing Partners in the last 2 years through leadership development, consulting, retreats, and consult with 15 of the Top 200 firms to develop strategic, forward-focused partnerships that engineer their growth.  
• MPB (formerly Managing Partner Bootcamp) takes management and leadership skill to a new level giving leaders a stronger network and applicable takeaways (more than 100 graduates so far!).
• We’re meeting the evolving needs of the profession, having introduced Digital Deep Dive, a two-day summit specifically for firms driving digital demand. There was no resource for practice growth and marketing professionals addressing everything digital, so we filled that void.
• Winning Ways is the only conference of its kind for practice leaders and managing partners. It addresses only contemporary issues in firms. Intentionally small, it’s a more intimate opportunity to enhance knowledge and expand networks and resources.
